At AMG Realtors, we first acquire land in bulk, sub divide it and get free hold title deeds for each parcel of land. This is how we ensure that we sell only what we own. We do our due diligence before acquiring any property that we will make available to our clients. One of the key guiding factors when scouting for land is the value of the property. We ensure that it’s property that can be developed, it’s well accessible, proximity to social amenities and basic resource such as water and electricity are easily accessible. Once all these factors are considered and land is purchased, we go ahead to sell it to our clients on our different platforms.

Once that is established, and our clients reach out from diaspora and other parts of the country, the purchasing process begins. We have payment options that cater for all our clients from anywhere across the globe.  The options include direct bank deposits, Mpesa and through money transfer platforms such as world remit and sendwave. The process has been simplified to make transactions easy and convenient for our clients. Once payment is complete and a receipt is issued to our client, the title deed transfer process begins. Remember, all our prices are inclusive of transfer charges therefore no extra fees are charged for this process. There are absolutely no hidden charges in our prices including legal fees.

The title deed is transferred to our clients and within 60 days, it is delivered. In the rare case that AMG Realtors is unable to deliver the title deed within the 60 days, a 60 day money back guarantee policy has been put in place to ensure there’s a accountability with our transactions. The client has the right to demand their money back and the company must be in a position to transact the refund. However, in the 9 years of serving our clients, we have not had an incident that has risen from not delivering out title deeds on time.
